That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CLSFS22-015 dated March 14, 2022, of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services, as follows: a) That the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the agreement and any subsequent corresponding agreements or amendments between The Corporation of the City of Peterborough and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, for the transfer of Canada Community Revitalization Fund, on terms acceptable to the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services and in forms acceptable to the City Solicitor; At the meeting of March 14, 2022, item b) was amended as follows: b) That, respecting the Public Transit Infrastructure Fund Phase One Transfer Payment Agreement (“PTIF Agreement”) between the Province of Ontario and the City of Peterborough authorized by Council by By-law 17-044 dated May 25, 2017, the Mayor and Clerk are authorized, both retroactively and on a go forward basis, to execute agreements to amend the PTIF Agreement on terms acceptable to the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services and in forms acceptable to the City Solicitor; and c) That, as a matter of housekeeping, the Public Transit Infrastructure Fund (PTIF) funding of $207,000 be reallocated from the Transit Garage Replacement Study Project (2022 Capital Budget Project 5-16.02) to the Transit Stops and Shelter Project (2020 Capital Budget Project 5-11.04) as outlined in Table 1 – PTIF Funding Reallocation.

That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CLSFS21-053 dated December 6, 2021, of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services, as follows: a) That the September 30, 2021 Quarterly Financial Update Report (Unaudited) attached as Appendix A to Report CLSFS21-053, dated December 6, 2021, be received; b) That the period the City accepts donations, issues income tax receipts to donors, and deposits all monies received in an interest-bearing account held by the City in support of the Peterborough Rugby Union Football Club’s fund-raising efforts to renovate their Clubhouse be extended by five years, up to November 30, 2026; c) That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to amend the Sports Equipment Shop lease agreement dated December 1, 2021, with Mr. Jeff Drimmie O/A Sharps Performance to reflect waiver of the remaining 50% of the lease payments that would otherwise be due from April 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021, being the period of time that operations of the store were restricted by the City due to the closure of the Healthy Planet Arena in a form satisfactory to the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services and the City Solicitor; and d) That the Council direction with approval of Recommendation c) of Report IPSTR21-013 dated July 12, 2021, be amended to “That an On-Demand pilot program, proposed for fall 2021 implementation, be approved at a cost of $650,000, $150,000 of which will be recovered from the MTO Safe Restart Program, for a net requirement of $450,000 to be funded from the uncommitted balance of the Transit Garage Replacement Project and $50,000 be funded from the Transit Reserve Fund.”
