Approve January 2023 Finance Committee minutes

That the Finance Committee meeting minutes of January 9, 10, 16 and 23, 2023 be approved.

Approving the 2022 Audit Plan for the City of Peterborough as outlined in Report CLSFS23-025

That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CLSFS23-025, dated April 3, 2023 of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services as follows: a) That the 2022 Audit Plan for the Corporation of the City of Peterborough, attached to Report CLSFS23-025 as Appendix A, be received; and b) That the Mayor and Chair of the Finance Committee be authorized to sign the Audit Planning Report, attached to Report CLSFS23-025 as Appendix B.
