That the following By-laws be approved: 25-120 Being a by-law to approve the Initiation of Expropriation Proceedings of portions of the property on Television Road, Otonabee South Monaghan 25-121 Being a by-law to approve the Initiation of Expropriation Proceedings of a portions of Mervin Line, Cavan Monaghan 25-122 Being a By-law to adopt Amendment Number 5 to the Official Plan of the City of Peterborough relating to updates to policies for the Strategic Growth Areas and the implementation of a city-wide Community Planning Permit System 25-123 Being a By-law to adopt Amendment Number 6 to the Official Plan of the City of Peterborough relating to the removal of building height and angular plane requirements within the Strategic Growth Areas
