That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL25-029, dated June 23, 2025, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: That Section 376, Special Districts, of Zoning By-law 1997-123, be modified by adding Regulation 376.3(i) in accordance with Exhibit D of Report IPGPL25-029.
