That Council approve the amended recommendations as follows: a) That the draft By-law attached as Appendix A be passed authorizing City Council to designate eight (8) of affordable housing units at 221 Rink Street, Peterborough, as a Municipal Housing Facility (MHF) in accordance with By-law 12-094. b) That the draft By-law attached as Appendix B be passed authorizing Council to exempt the property at 221 Rink Street, Peterborough, from property tax levied for municipal and school purposes for a period of 10 years, as a Municipal Housing Facility in accordance with By-law Number 12-094; c) That staff be authorized to negotiate the specific terms and conditions of a legal agreement with 2511514 Ontario Inc.; and d) That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement and other documents as necessary to fulfill the recommendations of this report; c) That the legal agreement authorized in recommendation (c) require the proponent to support occupancy for identified priority populations through a documented referral process, in a manner determined by and to the satisfaction of the Service Manager; and e) That the legal agreement authorized in recommendation (c) require the proponent to support occupancy for identified priority populations through a documented referral process, in a manner determined by and to the satisfaction of the Service Manager.
