That the following By-laws: 26-046 Being a By-law to authorize an agreement with Peterborough City Soccer Club Inc. for the provision by it of a municipal capital facility, namely a clubhouse, and to exempt this building owned by Peterborough City Soccer Club Inc, located at 2150 Ashburnham Drive, in the City of Peterborough, from taxation for municipal and school purposes 26-047 Being a By-law to Designate Certain Properties in the City of Peterborough Under the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.O.18 (227-233 Hunter Street West) be approved.
