That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CAOPC26-003, dated April 20, 2026 of the Chief Administrative Officer as follows: That Council direct staff to proceed as recommended in Closed Session Report CAOPC26-003 dated April 20, 2026, of the Chief Administrative Officer respecting the collective bargaining process.
