That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CLSCLK23-009, dated April 11, 2023 of the City Clerk as follows: a) That the City Clerk be delegated the authority to approve requests for temporary outdoor physical extensions (temporary patios) of liquor licensed premises under Part X of Ontario Regulation 746/21, Physical Extensions of Licensed Premises. b) That a fee of $300 be established for the processing of temporary patio extension applications and that a by-law be approved to amend Form 6 of User Fee By-law 23-028 to include the fee.
