That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report LSRS25-014, dated September 15, 2025, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services as follows: a) That the road allowance fronting 345 Armour Road be declared surplus. b) That the notice requirements of By-law 95-62 be waived. c) That staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSRS25-014 dated September 15, 2025, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services.
