That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPGPL26-025, dated June 22, 2026, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: a) That Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada be advised that the proposal for a telecommunication structure by Rogers Communications Inc. at 95 Marina Boulevard has been circulated in accordance with the City of Peterborough’s Telecommunications Structures Policy and Procedure; and, b) That ISED Canada be further advised that the proposal for a telecommunications structure at 95 Marina Boulevard resulted in questions and concerns raised by members of the public. Spectra Point Inc. has responded to the questions and concerns raised and are summarized in Appendix D of Report IPGPL26-025.
