That Council approve the following: a) That Section 3.9, Exception Number 340 of the Zoning By-law 1997-123, be amended to establish site specific regulations for the property known as 349 Parkhill Road East, in accordance with the Draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Appendix D of Report IPGPL26-023; b) That the subject property be rezoned in accordance with the draft Zoning By- law amendment attached as Appendix D to report IPGPL26-023.; and, c) That through the site plan approval process, the Developer only be required to construct the concrete walkway described in Report IPGPL26-023 across the frontage of 349 Parkhill Road East.
