That item n) be amended as follows: n) That Council direct staff to prepare a supplementary voluntary green development standards document and checklist, to be shared and strongly encouraged at the pre-consultation stage for Community Planning Permit Applications, and utilized in conjunction with the above-noted Community Improvement Plan, in order to incentivize best practices;
