That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CAOPC25-003, dated November 3, 2025 of the Chief Administrative Officer as follows. That the Minutes of Settlement between the City and CUPE 1833 dated September 29, 2025 that sets out new terms for a Collective Agreement covering the three- year period January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026, be approved.
