That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSRS25-008, dated August 5, 2025 of the Commissioner, Legislative Services as follows: That respecting the property known municipally as 2317 Television Road and 2000 Television Road, staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSRS25-008 dated August 5, 2025 of the Commissioner, Legislative Services.
