That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CLSOCS22-001 dated June 13, 2022 of the City Solicitor as follows: That staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Report CLSOCS22-001 dated June 13, 2022 of the City Solicitor respecting incorporation of a municipal services corporation.
