That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CSSS25-017, dated December 1, 2025 of the Commissioner of Community Services as follows: That Council, acting as Service Manager under the Housing Services Act, S.O. 2011, c.6, Sched. 1, approve the allocation and administration of Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative (OPHI) 2025/26 Year 7 funding to support the development of three affordable housing units at 95 Ermatinger Street Lakefield (Abbeyfield).
