That Council direct staff to report back for the 2027 budget on options to improve safety and enforcement in City parks and facilities. The report should include the costs and benefits of: 1) a dedicated on-site security presence at one location, either seasonal or year- round; 2) an additional Municipal Law Enforcement Services mobile unit; 3) a hybrid of both; and 4) any other options staff may recommend.
