That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report FCSFS24-022, dated October 7, 2024 of the Commissioner, Finance & Corporate Support Services as follows: a) That Report CLSFS24-022 advising Council that a public meeting will be held on October 7, 2024 at 4:45 pm in the Council Chambers to present the City-wide Development Charge Background Study, attached as Appendix A, and to hear public delegations, be received. b) That the Development Charge Policy Memo and the Development Charge Implementation Memo, both authorized by Hemson Consulting Ltd and attached as Appendix C and D, respectively, be received for information.
