That the following By-laws: 26-003 Being a By-law to Provide for Interim Tax Levies for the Year 2026 26-004 Being a By-law to authorize the 2026 portion of The Mount Community Centre (“TMCC”) Property Purchase at 780 Argyle Street at an estimated cost of $4,750,000 and to authorize an other-revenue supported loan to a maximum principal amount of $4,500,000 to finance such capital work and the borrowing of $4,500,000 through a CIBC loan 26-005 Being a By-law to Designate Certain Properties in the City of Peterborough Under the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18 (362-366 George Street North) 26-006 Being a By-law to Designate Certain Properties in the City of Peterborough Under the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18 (450 George Street North) 26-008 Being a By-law to delegate certain authority respecting Highways in relation to the City's Traffic Technical Working Group and to the Director, Engineering and Capital Works be approved.
