That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL25-015, dated March 10, 2025, as amended, as follows: That staff report back on any properties with known development applications on the list. That the property at 90 Hunter Street, 180 Barnardo St, and 219 Simcoe Street, be removed from the listing of properties That Report IPGPL25-015 be received for information, less 129 Hunter Street and St. John Baptist Church.
