That Council approve the amended motion as follows: a) That Report IPGPL26-014 be received for information; b) That Council receives all oral and written submissions made at the Public Meeting held on March 23, 2026, regarding the draft Community Planning Permit (CPP) By-law; c) That all comments be referred back to staff for further review and preparation of a subsequent Recommendation Report for Council’s consideration by June 30, 2026; and, d) That a separate evening meeting in June be held to discuss the Community Planning Permit By-law.
