That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CSSS25-014, dated November 3, 2025 of the Commissioner of Community Services as follows: That staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report CSSS25-014 dated November 3, 2025 of the Commissioner, Community Services, respecting Council’s approval in relation to RFP-48-25 for Low Barrier Shelter Service Delivery and Operator. b) That Council approves the required budget of $1.12 million as part of the 2026 Municipal Budget for RFP-48-25, c) That the Commissioner of Community Services be authorized to do such things and execute such documents as necessary in consultation with the Treasurer and in forms acceptable to the City Solicitor to implement the components of this report; and d) That Council approve that RFP-48-25 for Low Barrier Shelter Services - Delivery and Operator, be awarded to, One City Community Development Services, 360 Reid Street, Peterborough, Ontario K9H 7G6.
