That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CLSOCS22-006 dated December 5, 2022 of the City Solicitor as follows: That a by-law be passed to amend Parks and Facilities By-law 19-074 in the form of amending by-law attached as Appendix C to Report CLSOCS22-006 dated December 5, 2022 of the City Solicitor.
