a) That the presentation of Paradigm Transportation Solutions Limited on the matter of the Clonsilla Area Transportation Study be received; and b) That staff proceed with the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) process for the Clonsilla Area Transportation Study, in accordance with the approved Study Design Report. c) That the extension to Medical Drive, accommodating vehicular traffic through the Kinsmen, not be considered by staff.
