That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CAOPC23-004, dated September 11, 2023 of the Chief Administrative Officer as follows: That Council direct staff to proceed as recommended in Closed Session Report CAOPC23-004 dated September 11, 2023, of the Chief Administrative Officer respecting the collective bargaining process.
