That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPSIM22-009 dated April 4, 2022, of the Interim Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services, as follows: a) That a Non-Standard Procurement for the supply of 16 Electric Vehicle charging ports for City fleet-use be awarded to Elexicon Group Inc., 100 Taunton Road East, Whitby, Ontario, L1N 5R8 at a cost of $155,700 plus $20,241 HST for a total cost of $175,941; and, b) That subject to a successful grant application, Council approve up to $84,000, plus HST of $10,920, of the previously committed funding from the Municipal Electric Vehicle Charging Station capital project budget be used for 8 public-use Electric Vehicle charging ports.
