That the following by-laws be passed: 22-030 - Being a By-law to authorize the borrowing upon amortizing debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $9,660,500.00 towards the cost of certain capital works described in schedule “A” to this by-law (15-year term) 22-031- Being a By-law to authorize the borrowing upon amortizing debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $3,884,000.00 towards the cost of certain capital works described in schedule “A” to this by-law (20-year term) 22-032 - Being a By-law to authorize the borrowing upon amortizing debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $11,069,600.00 towards the cost of certain capital works described in schedule “A” to this by-law (10-year term) 22-033 - Being a by-law to amend 2022 User Fee By-law 21-113
