That the Commissioner of Community Services have delegated authority to make decisions regarding physical and operational modifications to the former Rehill lot and 210 Wolfe Street in alignment with the best interests of the Modular Bridge Housing Community program, within existing budgets; and in consultation with the Social Services Council portfolio co-chairs;”
