That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPSRE22-004, dated June 13, 2022, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services, as follows: That staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report IPSRE22-004 dated June 13, 2022 of the Interim Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services.
