That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPGENG25-019, dated August 5, 2025, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: a) That Council direct staff to proceed with the implementation of the Pedestrian Crossing Program on Collector Roads as outlined in Report IPGENG25-019. b) That the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning, and Growth Management be delegated the authority to enact and/or amend By-law 09-136 being a By-law for the Regulation of Parking in the City of Peterborough from time to time to give effect to the implementation of pedestrian crossings under the Pedestrian Crossing Program on Collector Roads.
