That Council approve the recommendation as follows: a) That Report IPGPL26-027 be received for further information; and b) That all Councillor comments be referred back to staff for consideration and review and documented in a Recommendation Report for Council’s consideration by June 30, 2026. c) That staff be directed to review the suggested amendments from the April 23, 2026 general committee meeting on the draft Community Planning Permit By-law and report back to Council in June 2026 on the implementation of those potential amendments:
