That the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management, in consultation with the Commissioner of Legislative Services and in forms acceptable to the City Solicitor, be authorized to do such things as they consider appropriate to facilitate a new charge/mortgage by Flying Colours Corporation (FCC) with Stonebriar Commercial Finance LLC of FCC’s leasehold interest in part of the land and premises comprising Peterborough Municipal Airport.
