That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CAO22-005 dated April 25, 2022 of the Chief Administrative Officer, as follows: a) That Report CAO22-005 be received for information; and b) That Council strongly objects to the approval of a Minister’s Zoning Order for 1840 Brown Line in the Township of Cavan Monaghan and that the clerk be directed to draft a letter on behalf of Council to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing urging him not approve the MZO for 1840 Brown Line.
