That the following by-laws be passed: 22-001 - Being a By-law to appoint a Tax Collector and to repeal By-law 17-158 22-002 - Being a By-law to Provide for Interim Tax Levies for the Year 2022 22-003 - Being a By-law to amend By-law 09-109 Being a by-law to designation certain properties in the City of Peterborough under the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18 (7 Engleburn Place, 186 Aberdeen Avenue, 187 London Street, 485 Bonaccord Street and 512-514 College Street) 22-004 - Being a By-law to Designate Certain Properties in the City of Peterborough Under the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18 (610 Parkhill Road & 575 Bonaccord Street – Jackson Park Cultural Heritage Landscape) 22-005 - A by-law to authorize the execution of the Streamline Development Approval Fund transfer payment agreement(s) and any subsequent corresponding agreements or amendments between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario and The Corporation of the City of Peterborough in a form acceptable to the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services and the City Solicitor
