That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPSPL23-025, dated August 8, 2023, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services (Acting) as follows: That the subject property be rezoned from D.1 – Development District to R.1 – Residential District, in accordance with the draft amendment attached as Exhibit ‘C’ to Report IPSPL23-025.
