That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CSD23-004 dated March 13, 2023 of the Commissioner of Community Services, as follows: a) That the recommendations of the 2022 Community Project Grants Committee in the total amount of $20,655 be allocated to various community groups as described in Appendix A; and
