That Council approve the recommendation as amended, as follows: That the City’s Official Plan be amended in accordance with the draft Official Plan Amendment No. 4 attached as Appendix A to Report IPGPL25-001; and In order to reduce duplication of service with on-street and off-street bike lanes/trails, any projects involving bike lanes be referred to Council for consideration
