Be it resolved: That Report CSD25-007 (2026 Community Wellbeing Fund) be deferred until such time as: 1. The Municipal Cultural Plan is completed and adopted by Council, and 2. A clear transition strategy for arts organizations currently receiving Community Investment Grants is presented, 3. The Professional Arts Organization Grant program is in place with a committed timeline and budget reflecting sector needs. 4. The guidelines and program details used for the 2025 program be used in the meantime.
