a) That Special District 4 (SP.4) of Zoning By-law 97-123 be amended in accordance with the draft amendment attached as Exhibit ‘C’ to Report IPSPL23-013, as amended; f) That the draft by-law attached as Exhibit ‘C’ to Report IPSPL23-013 be amended to remove a clinic as a permitted use.
