That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPGPL26-029, dated June 8, 2026 of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: a) That Section 3.9, Exceptions of the Zoning By-law 97-123 be amended by adding Exception Number 380 in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Appendix D to the Report IPGPL26-029; and b) That the subject property be rezoned from R.3 – Residential District to C.50-380 – Commercial District in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Appendix D to the Report IPGPL26-029.
