That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPSPL22-016, dated September 6, 2022, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services, as follows: a) That the subject property be rezoned from PS.2 – Public Service District to R.1- H - Residential District in accordance with the draft amendment attached as Exhibit ‘C’ to Report IPSPL22-016; and
