That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSRS25-009 dated August 5, 2025 the Commissioner, Legislative Services as follows: That, respecting the property known municipally as Trent University, staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSRS25-009 dated August 5, 2025 of the Commissioner, Legislative Services.
