That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CSAD22-022, dated April 4, 2022, of the Commissioner of Community Services, as follows: That, respecting the License Agreement between the City and The Peterborough Agricultural Society, Staff be authorized to proceed, as amended, as outlined in Closed Session Report CSAD22-022, dated April 4, 2022, from the Commissioner of Community Services.
