That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSOCS24-009, dated September 16, 2024, of the City Solicitor as follows: That staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSOCS24- 009 dated September 16, 2024 of the City Solicitor respecting the settlement of an arbitration.
