That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CLSFS23-001 dated January 9, 2023, of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services, as follows: That Report CLSFS23-001 advising Council that a public meeting will be held on January 9, 2023, at 6:00 pm, to hear public delegations on the 2023 Draft Budget, be received.
