i. That up to $75,000 be made available from the Social Service Reserve to enhance the security infrastructure on Wolfe Street to strengthen impacts experienced by the MBHC program. The Commissioner of Community Services shall be granted the authority to expend these funds and in consultation with the Social Services Council portfolio co-chairs;
