That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPSTR22-016 dated September 12, 2022, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services, as follows: a) That the proposed Draft Terms of Reference for a Transit Liaison Committee, attached as Appendix A to the report IPSTR22-016, be received for information.
