p) That Staff be directed to provide bi-annually public reports during the first year of implementation of the Community Planning Permit System, including a summary of all Class 2 and Class 3 applications received and approved, variations granted, building heights approved, Facilities, Services and Matter secured, cash- in-lieu contributions collected and any issues identified through implementation.
