That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report MOAIR25-008, dated October 6, 2025, of the Commissioner of Municipal Operations as follows: a) That respecting a new lease at Peterborough Regional Airport, staff be authorized as Outlined in Closed Session Report MOAIR25-008, dated October 6, 2025, of the Commissioner of Municipal Operations; b) That respecting termination of a lease at Peterborough Regional Airport, staff be authorized as Outlined in Closed Session Report MOAIR25-008, dated October 6, 2025, of the Commissioner of Municipal Operations; c) That respecting demolition of a City owned building at the Peterborough Regional Airport, staff be authorized as Outlined in Closed Session Report MOAIR25-008, dated October 6, 2025 of the Commissioner of Municipal Operations; d) That respecting release of approved capital budget for the airport, staff be authorized as Outlined in Closed Session Report MOAIR25-008, dated October 6, 2025, of the Commissioner of Municipal Operations; and e) That respecting a Non-Standard Procurements for services at Peterborough Regional Airport, staff be authorized as Outlined in Closed Session Report MOAIR25-008, of the Commissioner of Municipal Operations.
