That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CLSFS23-027 dated May 23, 2023, of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services as follows: a) That Report CLSFS23-027, advising Council that a public meeting will be held on May 31, 2023 at 6:00 pm, to present a Preliminary 2024 Budget Guideline Report, as set out in Appendix A to Report CLSFS23-027, and to hear public delegations, be received. b) That a final version of the 2024 Budget Guideline Report be presented to the June 19, 2023 Finance Committee meeting.
